Driven by the high global demand for powered two-wheelers (e-bikes and also motorcycles), the executive board of Pierer Mobility AG decided on Aug. 26 to raise its sales forecast for the fiscal year, originally published in April 2021. Despite ongoing Covid-19-related supply chain challenges, the outlook remains positive. As a result, the board of the Austrian group is raising its revenue forecast for fiscal 2021 to between €1.9 billion and €2.0 billion. Previously, the parent company of Pierer E-Bikes (brands Husqvarna E-Bicycles, GasGas Bicycles, and R Raymon) had assumed €1.85 to 1.95 billion. The forecast for Ebit margin of 8 to 9 percent and Ebitda margin of more than 15 percent remains unchanged.
