A mega outdoor show is shaping up in Denver

Emerald Expositions, which owns Outdoor Retailer, Interbike and many other trade shows, has completed the acquisition of the SIA Snow Show from the Snow Sports Industries Association (SIA) of the U.S., reportedly for $16.7 million, following approval by the SIA's board of directors.
