After concentrating for the past 10 years on the presentation of new bicycles for consumers and for the trade, the Festibike fair at Las Rozas near Madrid will have a dedicated space for outdoor brands at its next session on Sept. 16-18. Called Festibike Montaña, it is offering them stands of between 12 and 50 square meters in a dedicated 540-m² hall next to the bike exhibition. Several brands have already indicated their interest. El Corte Inglés, the largest sporting goods retailer in Spain after Décathlon, has been endorsing Festibike with its own private label of bicycles and is considering doing the same with its own offerings in the outdoor sector along with brands such as Original Buff, X-Socks, Azimut, Deuter and Skechers.
