Columbia Sportswear has added to its lawsuit against Crocs involving a former Columbia designer who the company claims designed products for Crocs while still on Columbia’s payroll. Columbia is now saying that Crocs misappropriated trade secrets, intentionally interfered with a contract and aided and abetted breach of duty of loyalty. It is seeking a minimum of $310,000 in damages and demands that the products stop being sold, and wants compensation for all profits Crocs made on the footwear.
