Clarus acquires another Australian overlanding brand
Clarus Corporation, the parent company of Black Diamond, Rhino-Rack, Maxtrax, Sierra and Barnes, has invested in another company in the vehicle-based outdoor adventure / overlanding sector. The Utah-based company today announced the acquisition of Australia-based TRED Outdoors Pty Ltd. from Venlo Holdings.
