Frasers reportedly interested in ProBikeKit
Frasers Group PLC, owner of Sports Direct, is in talks to acquire ProBikeKit, Sky News reported last Monday. ProBikeKit is an online seller of bike components, accessories and apparel and would pair well with Fraser’s Evans Cycles online and retail chain, which it acquired out of bankruptcy in 2018.
