Huntsman closes sale of Textile Effects division
Huntsman Corporation announced Feb. 15 that it has received all necessary regulatory approvals to complete the sale of its Textile Effects division to Archroma, a portfolio company of SK Capital Partners, previously announced last August. Both parties expect the transaction to close on Feb. 28, 2023.
