Silva acquires Primus, Fenix Outdoor remains distribution partner for select markets
Swedish outdoor equipment company Silva, which was acquired by equity investor Verdane in 2021 with decisive expansion plans, has acquired 100 percent of the Primus AB shares from Fenix Outdoor (which also sold its brand Brunton at the end of last year).
