Sport Holding, Norway’s largest sports retail player with more than 360 company-owned and franchised stores throughout Norway, divided into Sport 1, Intersport, Anton Sport, Löplabbet, Sportsnett and Skandinavisk Høyfjellsutstyr, is acquiring 100 percent of the shares of Bergans Fritid AS.
