Dick Wijsman is no longer running Crocs Europe, although he is taking care of the brand’s distribution in the Benelux countries together with a partner, along with that of Teva. In the U.S., meanwhile, Ron Snyder, the former chief executive of Crocs, has resigned from the company’s board of directors. He had left his position as CEO and president in March but stayed on the board to help his replacement, John Duerden. His separation agreement states that he will not compete against Crocs or seek out customers until after Dec. 31, 2010, and will not make disparaging remarks about the company. The company said that the parting was amicable and for personal reasons. He had been with Crocs since 2005.
