Eider is a partner in an unusual extreme Antarctic expedition that kicked off from Ushuaia last Jan. 1. Called the No Man’s Land Project, it involves three French sailors and three climbers including Isabelle Autissier and Lionel Daudet. The highlights of the three-month-long adventure include the approach to Peter I Island and the ascent of its Lars Christensen peak (1,755 m. high), whose summit has never been reached. The team will return to Ushuaia via Cape Horn.
