Hoka One One has named Norma Delaney VP global brand marketing. Hoka has already been a client of Delaney’s own company, Delaney Brand Consulting, which she has been running for about three and a half years. Prior to that, she had made a career in brand marketing, starting with Keds and Sperry in the late 1990s, then W.L Gore, Prince Sports Group, The Rockport Company and, most recently, New Balance.
Hoka has also promoted Erika Gabrielli to the position of senior director of global integrated marketing. Gabrielli has spent the last nine and a half years at Hoka’s parent company, Deckers Brands, as senior director of global marketing for Teva. Prior to that, she was marketing manager at Adidas and Yakima Products, account service manager at Airwalk and field sales representative at Red Bull. At Hoka, she will lead global marketing integration and product storytelling.
