W.L. Gore & Associates is going to launch a campaign in March to support new technological, product and design innovations that it will show at the Ispo Munich fair starting on Sunday, where it will also introduce a dedicated “Innovation Lab.”

The new concepts revolve around the notions of stretch and flexibility, including a patent-pending Gore Windstopper technology for gloves with enhanced tactility and fit. It will be applied to garments and undergarments for greater adaptability, fit and freedom of movement. It will allow for optimized fit and comfort in shoes.

Meanwhile, Gore will continue to roll out its new Gore-Tex Active with Shakedry technologies, which have been adopted by new partners such as Dynafit, Löffler and Mammut, joining early adopters like Arc'teryx, Castelli, Gore and The North Face.

The technology removes the need for a face fabric, making it the lightest and most breathable Gore-Tex product to date. As the name indicates, it will be sufficient to shake a jacket dry and pack it away.
