Hank Aldrich, a former manager of eVent and Keen, has been busy these days developing a European distribution network for Vibram’s Five Fingers. For Switzerland, he picked DD-Fashion as distributor for both Five Fingers and Lizard, the Italian brand of sandals and outdoor footwear. DD-Fashion also carries Trespass and Erke, the Chinese sportswear brand. In Germany, Aldrich has put together a new team of five sales representatives covering the market for both Lizard and Five Fingers. The team includes Giacomo Casale, who also represents Montura in the region. While Five Fingers is developed by Vibram, the rubber sole champion, European sales of that brand are with Aicad, the producer of the Lizard footwear.
