Herkules Capital, a Norwegian private equity company, has replaced TowerBrooks as the major shareholder in Odlo Sports Group. The son of Odlos’s Norwegian founder, Odd Roar Lofterød, has announced that he will reinvest a substantial amount in the Swiss company. He and members of the executive management keep a minority stake in the company, which achieved a 10 percent sales increase last year.
