Investment company takes over Silva
Fiskars Group has agreed to sell all of its shares of Silva Sweden AB to Karnell, a Swedish investment company. Along with the parent company Silva Sweden, the deal also includes the subsidiaries Silva Ltd. in the U.K., Silva Deutschland, Silva France and Silva Far East, based in Hong Kong.
