Lafuma has decided to sell the rights to the Millet brand in Korea to its local licensee, Edelweiss, for €5.8 million. The brand generated sales of €6.2 million in that country last year. The transaction will help Lafuma to reduce its high indebtedness. The French group says it has concluded an agreement with its bankers to help finance its summer campaigns, while continuing its discussions about a rescheduling of its medium-term loans.
