As our colleagues at the American edition of SGI have reported, Fox Factory has filed suit in Los Angeles federal court against SRAM. Fox alleges that SRAM’s RockShox ZEB Ultimate Flight Attendant fork, which made its debut this past autumn, infringes its U.S. patent for a suspension fork air-bleed assembly. The company claims that all infringing SRAM forks came out after Fox had drawn substantial revenues from the patent in question. Fox seeks an injunction, damages and fees.

This is not the first time that Fox and SRAM have tangled in court. A previous case centered on a chainring.
