Patagonia and Anheuser-Busch have reached a settlement over Patagonia’s lawsuit, filed by the outdoor brand in 2019, claiming that the beer giant appropriated Patagonia’s identity by launching a “Patagonia” beer label with an allegedly similar logo. The two parties reached a settlement on March 15 and filed a joint stipulation on March 22 in U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, in which they both sought to dismiss the lawsuit. The financial terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
