Mammut is introducing its own “app” for Apple’s iPhone. The brand’s “safety app” can be downloaded free of charge from the iTune App Store. It aims to help snow sport enthusiasts in assessing the local avalanche risk. The app features a clinometer to estimate slope angle, a compass to determine slope exposition and an altimeter.
