Mammut Sports Group has set up a new office in Sweden, with Patrik Andersson, formerly in the medical branch, at its helm. After a successful introduction at the recent Swesport trade fair in Sweden, and strong from a 60 million Norwegian kroner annual turnover (€6.78m-$8.87m) in neighboring Norway, the Swiss outdoor group is ready for further expansion in Scandinavia. It will introduce the Mammut brand through specialist retailers in Sweden. Mats Nilsson will head up sales, but client accounts, deliveries and orders will all be run from Norway to begin with.
