Marc Bourgoin is leading a group of outdoor and paddlesports industry veterans that has bought Lincoln Canoe & Kayak, a 50-year-old paddling brand based in Freeport, Maine. Bourgoin was most recently a sales representative for Northeast Outdoor Sports. His coalition also includes Ponch Membreno, who has been in design and retail management with Patagonia and Horny Toad, and Ron Bourgoin, with 20 years of experience in logistics and operations. The new owners took control of the Freeport manufacturing facility and retail showroom immediately.
