Mountain Force, the Swiss brand of ski and outerwear, has appointed Roman Stepek as new managing director. Effective Jan. 1, Stepek will join the owners as managing partner and will direct the operating business. The current shareholders, Freddy Maag and Mountain Force’s founder Peter Jud, will remain on the board.
