Primaloft is introducing a new insulation, Primaloft Infinity, a fine-denier continuous filament insulation specifically designed for sleeping bags to offer higher loft and shelf appeal while providing the technical properties for which Primaloft insulation is renowned. Primaloft also launches a new yarn for base layer applications, called 100% Primaloft Yarn. In the meantime, Tom Mendl, Primaloft’s marketing director at Albany International has left the company, effective January 2009.
