Antje von Dewitz, CEO of the German outdoor brand Vaude, has received the Role Model Award 2021 from the Startup Teens education platform in the “Family Entrepreneur” category. The jury and the audience honored her commitment to a sustainable and value-driven company, which includes a long-term program for inclusion and diversity as well as a commitment to the Supply Chain Act. The role model award is the first award in Germany to make entrepreneurial role models visible to young people. Startup Teens is a German digital platform that teaches students about entrepreneurship and business. A jury selects the six best companies in each category, and students can then vote online for their favorite company.
