Robin Akeroyd has been promoted to be the new managing director of Crocs Europe, replacing Dick Wijsman with immediate effect. They both worked for Deckers Corporation before and they have both run Crocs Europe since the company was founded almost four years ago. As deputy managing director, Akeroyd was second in command at Crocs Europe. Wijsman will continue to work at Crocs in a more global role, as an adviser and as an expert in marketing, social responsibility and other issues. Meanwhile, Oertwin Dellcoet, a former European manager of Crocs who acted most recently as European brand manager of Ocean Minded, has left the company. Ulrich Lattacher, the sales director for Germany and Austria, has left the company and has been replaced by Jörg Brokhausen, a Crocs sales representative.
