Romain Millet has been named general manager of Lafuma Group’s hunting and fishing company, Le Chameau. He replaces Olivier Theulle, who is leaving the group. Romain, 31, is a grandson of the founder of Millet, another brand of the group. He joined Lafuma in 2005 as marketing manager of Oxbow after working on mergers and acquisitions at Lazard Frères. He has been recently in charge of coordinating the foreign sales subsidiaries of Lafuma, integrating the distribution of Oxbow and other brands acquired by the group. This task will be taken up by Arnaud Dumesnil, the group’s financial controller.
