Sold in the Benelux countries by the same Dutch distributor, Schöffel and X-Bionic have reached an agreement to jointly outfit the VPZ speed-skating team in the Netherlands, including the Dutch racing ace Bob de Jong, who won the gold medal for the 10 kilometers at the Olympic Games in Turin. Both brands are distributed in the region by Lowa Benelux and X-Function Benelux respectively. Both companies belong to the Dutch TCK Sports Group.
