Sympatex is introducing a new footwear technology, AirJet, which is designed to improve the breathability of the upper. The innovation will be presented at the upcoming OutDoor show and AirJet-equipped footwear is set to hit the shops in 2010. For apparel, Zimtstern, the young Swiss outerwear label, will offer the first jackets for the spring/summer season, which are based on Sympatex’ 100 percent recyclable polyester membrane. Zimtstern was awarded at the last Ispo for the eco-responsibility of some pieces of its winter collection.
