Tatonka announced a 1.3 percent sales decrease in the first nine months of its financial year through June, but Andreas Schechinger, managing director, is confident that he will achieve a 3 percent increase for the full year to €18.3 million at the end of the fiscal year. The decrease so far has been partly caused by the weather conditions as well as by the recent problems at Karstadt, with which the company has had a NOS program, causing a deficit in the middle of the peak season. In addition, Eastern European clients have been delaying payments, causing later product deliveries and limited re-orders.
