The integration of Gregory into the Black Diamond operations continues. BD’s search for a European brand manager for the backpack brand since the merger of the two companies has come to an end: The newly created position is filled by Andrea Meerholz. She worked most recently as export manager for Mammut, a company which she joined in 2002. Before, she had had sales responsibilities with Odlo. In the meantime, John Pieper was appointed sales and marketing chief for North America. Pieper has been sales director for America for Osprey since 2007 and at Petzl for eight years.
