The North Face has named Duncan Bembridge to be its new hardgoods sales director for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region (EMEA). He will work on the distribution and sales strategy for footwear and equipment in the region, and build a sales team to expand the brand’s presence there. He will report to Arne Arens, the sales director for The North Face EMEA. Bembridge’s previous experience includes stints with Adidas and Dr. Martens in the U.K. He’s been with VF Corporation, parent company of TNF, since 2004, when he joined as U.K. and Ireland country manager for Jansport. He’s been the marketing and sales director for Jansport in EMEA since 2007.
