The North Face has opened a 190-square-meter corporate shop in Alexa, the prestigious shopping mall at Alexanderplatz in the heart of Berlin. The Berlin store is TNF’s sixth shop opening this year after Manchester, Glasgow, Bristol, Frankfurt and Andorra. Alexa already hosts other franchised or corporate doors of outdoor brands, including Mammut and Jack Wolfskin as well as the bi-branded Lowa-Schöffel store. One major retailer in the mall is also Sportpoint, Intersport’s big fish in the East German aquarium, which operates 17 stores in that region.
