NürnbergMesse has announced the launch of a new consumer show for nature and hunting enthusiasts, called wildlife.fair. The new event will be held for the first time at the Exhibition Center Nuremberg, Germany, from April 09-12, 2022. Peter Ottmann, CEO NürnbergMesse, said: “In the future, the passion and enthusiasm of a public exhibition will meet the great expertise and industry knowledge of IWA OutdoorClassics - the leading outdoor trade show […].” Anna-Catharina Heller, head of wildlife.fair, explains, “With its timing a good month after IWA OutdoorClassics and at the start of the season, wildlife.fair is perfect for introducing new products to a broad audience for the first time.”

The highlight of wildlife.fair is to be a congress for opinion leaders and serious nature and hunting enthusiasts. The event will focus on the topics of wildlife, environment and nature across all countries and create a platform for dialogue for all parties involved. With new key topics every year, the congress addresses representatives from science and politics as well as influencers and professionals from the areas of hunting, nature and the environment. The main objective of the congress is to impart knowledge on the topics of hunting and wildlife habitat in the context of nature and environmental protection. The content of the congress is organized by the Bayerischer Jagdverband e.V. (Bavarian Hunting Association) in cooperation with the Bayerische Akademie für Jagd und Natur (Bavarian Academy for Hunting and Nature), while NürnbergMesse is responsible for the organization.
