The owners of two Scandinavian distribution companies, Nordic Outdoor AS of Norway and Best in Outdoor Sports (BIOS) of Sweden, have agreed to merge after several months of discussions, forming a jointly owned holding company that will strive to become the best distributor of sports fishing products in the region.
