Vaude has created a sustainability team headed by Jan Lorch, the company’s sales director. The idea behind the task force is to bundle single environmental and social activities to a comprehensive corporate strategy. Separately, the German company is opening its fourth franchise store in cooperation with a retailer of Nuremberg who runs a Levi’s store in the same city. In early January, Vaude inaugurated its new logistics center at its headquarters in Tettnang near Lake Constance on 3,500 square meters.
