Vietnamese plants reopen after anti-Chinese protest

According to the latest reports from Vietnam, most of the the low-cost manufacturing operations that were shut down due to a wave of anti-China riots earlier this month have been reopened. Some will reportedly seek reimbursement from the Vietnamese government, with pressure from Taiwan, for damages suffered by their facilities.
