Compass Diversified Holdings (Codi), the former parent company of Camelbak, reported net income of $164.5 million for the third quarter. That came after recognizing a net gain of $151,075,000 from its sales of Camelbak to Vista Outdoor as well as a gain of $11,784,000 from an upward adjustment in Codi's equity stake in Fox Factory. In the third quarter of last year, Codi had made net profit of $262.5 million, but that included a one-time accounting gain of about $264.3 million for the deconsolidation of Fox Factory.
