(SGI) Apex Global Brands reported a 16 percent decline in revenues to just $4.9 million for the third quarter ended on Nov. 2. Lower licensing revenues were recorded across all its brands, including Hi-Tec, Magnum, Cherokee and Interceptor, and they were affected by the non-renewal of a Cherokee license in South Africa. The drop led Apex to post a net loss of $6.8 million for the quarter, compared with net income of $600,000 in the year-ago period.
