Johnson Outdoors has named Kelly Grindle, already group vice president of its marine electronics division, to also take over leadership of its watercraft and paddle sports division. Mark Leopold, group vice president for watercraft, is leaving the company, as his position has been effectively eliminated. The company said that combining leadership of the two divisions would help capitalize on synergies between them.
