Nearly 400 stores across Germany are participating in a new version of the “Odlo Day,” which the Swiss functional apparel brand is organizing from Oct. 15 through Nov 28. Individualized invitations are sent out to a “happening” at a local shop in the name of the retailer. Participating consumers receive a complementary fleece shirt. The invitation is sent out with a product flyer where retailers can decide whether they want to promote running, outdoor or cross-country products. Retailers taking part are supported by a promotional team provided by the company and a micro website advertising the event.
