Neil Gillis has informed Blacks Leisure that he plans to step down as chief executive and a director of the company in six months, under the terms of his three-year service contract. Blacks' nomination committee will now start looking for his replacement. He has overseen a rough time for the company, including a near-bankruptcy that was averted through CVAs with creditors.
