Po-Zu and Timberland have teamed up to make a shoe made from biodegradable, recyclable components, and they can be disassembled at the end of their lifespan so that parts can be used to make new pairs. Po-Zu offers materials such as coconut fiber, natural rubber and hemp. The founder of Po-Zu, Sven Segal, said that it was the most advanced shoe his company had produced since Po-Zu was founded in 2006. The new shoe comes in nine men’s styles, and they can be converted from shoes to boots with the addition of an extension attached using a lacing system.
