The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission reports the voluntary recall of 15,500 Photon carabiners and Photon and Mach Express quickdraws supplied by Camp USA and sold in U.S. stores in February and March 2011. While noting that no related accidents have been reported, the agency said there was a risk that the gates may open under a heavy load.
