Amer also reports that a total of 19,109 shares granted as share-based incentives were returned to Amer Sports on Nov. 7 in accordance with the terms of an incentive plan as the employment of their holders came to an end. Amer holds now a total of 982,587 shares of its own shares, corresponding to 0.83 percent of the total equity.
