Bushnell Outdoor Products has created the Bushnell Eyewear Division, which will be in charge of the Bollé, Bollé Safety, Cébé and Serengeti eyewear brands. Olivier Ciaravino is the head of the new division and will be based in the eyewear business' headquarters in Suresnes, France. It will have regional business units in North America, EMEA and Asia-Pacific, and should mean the creation of some new jobs. The company said that its eyewear products were a growing segment and would be better served with a division dedicated specifically to them.
