Deckers Ourdoor Corporation, which had already acquired a minority stake in Hoka One One in July 2012, has bought the balance of the shares for an undisclosed amount. Jim Van Dine, president of Deckers' Ahnu and Tsubo brands, will act as president of Hoka One One. The company's founders, Jean-Luc Diard and Nicolas Mermoud, will continue to be involved in this special brand of trail running shoes, especially in terms of product development and marketing.
