After four years at the top of Garmin Germany, Stefan Bernard is to resign as managing director at his own request, effective mid-July. He will be replaced by Kai Tutschke who has been serving the GPS specialty company since 2008. Tutschke has been in charge of product marketing and sales in the region of Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The major project ahead of him is to build a new operational structure, which is set to include Austria and Switzerland, by 2016.
