After four years with the British outdoor company, Matt Kemp has quit Berghaus to accept another interesting challenge in retail. At Blacks Outdoor, Kemp has taken on the role of trading director, in which he reports directly to Ken Reeve, the retailer's managing director. Most recently, Kemp served as Berghaus' country manager for the U.K. and oversaw the brand's wholesale operations in the country. Before that, he was in charge of Berghaus' retailing and e-commerce activities.
