Alchemy Equipment, a supplier of outdoor luggage and apparel based in New Zealand, has appointed Frank Spiewack as vice president of global sales & marketing. He worked previously for two other kiwi companies, acting as U.K. and European sales manager for Macpac and as Icebreaker's manager in charge of international distributors. Spiewack will be based at Alchemy's head office and flagship store in Christchurch. Founded in mid-2013 by an industry veteran, Campbell Junior, Alchemy develops technical products that can be used also in the city. It qualified as a finalist in the annual Ispo Brandnew competition a year ago.
